Thank you for visiting the official website of the Rocky Mountain Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association ("RMHPA"). Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices about the way your information is collected and used on the RMHPA Site.

You can create and manage a membership, complete forms to request information, or request pilot visitation permission. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected on the Site include: name, address, email address, phone number, credit card information, USHPA membership information, USHPA ratings, emergency contacts, links to other services you may use (such as garmin.com, xcontest.com and others), and products you use.

We may use the information you provide to create an RMHPA membership for you or to send you information you may have requested.

Limited information will be displayed in a members-only area of the Site that is restricted to other logged-in members of RMHPA. Shared information will include your name, city and state, USHPA number and details, and other optional information you choose to share in your account settings.

We will share your personally identifiable information with USHPA (United States Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association) and RRRG (Recreation Risk Retention Group) for the purpose of obtaining insurance for RMHPA.

If you are a member of RMHPA, you can change some of your personally identifiable information on the RMHPA site on your account page. Some information, including your name and email address, can only be changed by site administrators. You may contact us to have them changed.

The site you are visiting is a general audience site. Children 13 years old and under shall not submit personally identifying information without their parent's consent.
